Remodelers

Marketing for remodelers that brings in estimate requests.

More requests for the kitchens, baths and basements you actually want.

We've run marketing for Dream Big Contracting, a kitchen, bath and basement remodeler in Beavercreek, since January 2025. We run their Google Ads, Google profile and website, and we built the software their shop runs on.

Everything on this page comes from that account, and you can read the full story in the Dream Big case study.

What marketing works for remodelers?

Remodeling is a big, slow decision, so homeowners search for weeks and compare a few contractors before they call. The marketing that works puts you in front of them every time they look: Google Ads split by room, a Google profile near the top of the map in your towns, and a website that makes asking for an estimate easy.

What you get

  • Know what each kind of job costs to win, because kitchen, bath and basement leads are tracked separately.
  • Show up when homeowners compare contractors, on the map, in search and in ads.
  • Get estimate requests, not just clicks, from a site built to make asking easy.
  • Follow up on quotes that went quiet, instead of letting them disappear.
  • Have one person accountable. Henry runs it and answers when you call.

What we do for remodelers

Google Ads split by room

Separate campaigns for kitchens, baths and basements, so the budget follows the jobs you want most and you can see what each kind of lead costs.

A Google profile near the top of the map

Reviews, photos and services kept current. In an August 2026 map scan, Dream Big averaged position 1.3 for kitchen and basement remodeling across Beavercreek.

A website built around one job

Getting homeowners to ask for an estimate, with the form where they can't miss it and project photos that show the finished work.

A second look at old quotes

A list of past quotes worth another call, so estimates that went quiet still get followed up.

Software for the shop

For Dream Big we built a board that pulls jobs from Housecall Pro and shows the crew who's where, with a flag on any job that hasn't moved.

Who it's for

Remodelers who do kitchens, baths, basements or whole-home work and have room on the schedule for more of it. It works best if you can answer a new lead the same day and you have photos of finished jobs to show.

If your schedule is already full for months, we'll tell you to wait. We'd rather do that than sell you leads you can't take.

How it starts

  1. Step 1
A look at what you have.Your Google profile, website and any ads you run now.
  2. Step 2
Tracking first. We set it up so every call and form shows which job type and ad it came from.
  3. Step 3
Start with the jobs you want most. The budget follows the results, month by month.

Straight answers

How much should a remodeler spend on Google Ads?

Enough to get a real read in the first month. Dream Big ran about $2,000 a month and raised it to about $3,500 a month in August 2026, once the cost per lead held steady.

What does a remodeling lead cost?

For Dream Big it was about $39 a lead from Google Ads from Sept. 8 to Oct. 7, 2026. Your cost depends on your towns, your competition and which rooms you go after.

Should I do ads or SEO first?

Ads bring in estimate requests now, and SEO keeps working after you stop paying. Most remodelers do best with both, and we'll tell you which to start with after looking at your market.

Do you work with Housecall Pro?

Yes. Dream Big's shop board pulls its jobs straight from Housecall Pro.

Is there a contract?

No. It's month to month, and the ad accounts, website and data are yours.
